We are an online store. We don’t have a physical store yet.
1. Where is my order??
We will inform you about the expected delivery time of your order in checkout and in your order confirmation email - this time may vary according to the selected items and the shipping method.
2. What delivery options are available?
We currently offer the following two delivery options for getting your order to you. Please know that there will be no additional VAT or duty charges requested on delivery by our carriers.
Delivery is done within 24 hours of purchase. Delivery is done throughout the week and delivered right to your doorstep at a fee. Orders above 249.99 cedis qualify for free delivery services.
Long Distance Delivery
Takes 1-2 days longer than standard delivery. This delivery is done by a third-party courier service ( DHL ). Once your order is shipped, we'll send a confirmation email/ text with the expected delivery date and the tracking number.
1. Which payment options are available??
We currently offer two payment methods: Mobile money transfer and Bank Transfer.
2. Copy of Invoice
A soft copy of your invoice is sent to you via email or text once payment is made and a hard copy of your invoice comes with your order.
Returns and Refunds
1. Returning an unwanted item?
We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. Don't worry, as long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below, which include rules around fair use. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.
2. Can I exchange my item?
We don't offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

As we use a third-party courier company please understand that some issues regarding delivery can be out of our control sometimes. Please ensure an accurate delivery address is always provided preferably a google map address.
We are currently offering free delivery on all orders within the Greater Accra regions, with a minimum spend of GHC 250GH.
International Deliveries are managed by courier services such as DHL. As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel. You can check the status of your shipment one to two hours after receiving the email by using the link provided.
